Bob,

I appreciate the guide. I made a batch of sake a while ago, but without the moto, so I'm looking forward to making a new batch. I'm planning ahead for using my kasu and I was a little confused on the pickle recipe. From the amount of ingredients shown, I'm guessing that you mean one pound of cucumber total and not five 1-pound cucumbers, right?
