I appreciate the guide.  I made a batch of sake a while ago, but without the moto, so I&#039;m looking forward to making a new batch.  I&#039;m planning ahead for using my kasu and I was a little confused on the pickle recipe.  From the amount of ingredients shown, I&#039;m guessing that you mean one pound of cucumber total and not five 1-pound cucumbers, right?&lt;br /&gt;
